Getting Too Skinny on Keto?

Adding carbs will stop weight loss, but it will also knock you out of ketosis (fat-burning). Do not increase your carbs above 50 grams. Instead, if you are getting too skinny on Keto keep the carbs no higher than 50 grams per day, keep protein under 8oz. per meal, and try to consume large amount of salad or vegetables.

Not Recommended:

  • Avoid Grains (all grain products and rice products)
  • Avoid Fruits except berries: raspberry and blackberry

Recommended:

  • Start doing weight training (Low Reps – High Weight) – increases muscle mass

Recommended: Increase more Fat:

  • Add the MCT Oil / Butter (Bulletproof Coffee)
  • Make a Teeccino (Naturally Decaffeinated – Herbal Coffee), and add MCT or butter.
  • Make Keto Bombs (Fat Cookies)
  • Nuts, Nut Butters, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter
  • Can be eaten carbs: Carrots

Having several drinks, Keto Bombs and nut through the day will slow down your weight loss. Your body will then go after this dietary fat and turn it into ketones. You will be in ketosis but you just will not lose weight.  Keep them in the freezer and at the end of each meal have several until you are pretty full and you will not lose any more weight.

Nuts are good. Nut butters are good. Almond butter is great. Healthy peanut butter is good. You can use it with celery.

To not loose weight increase dietary fat and keep our carbs below 50 grams.  You could add more berries. You can add carrots.  Keep your protein around 7 to 8 ounces per meal.

Try to consume as much salad and vegetable as you can to keep you healthy by providing all the nutrients and the vitamins and minerals.

Lastly, do two meals a day and squeeze it in the bulletproof coffee around those two meals and maybe one in the early morning.
