Fast Fat Loss For Slow Metabolism

This tip is recommended for people who have done the keto (Ketogenic) diet for a while and are plateaued, stuck, slow and doing one meal a day.  It is for those people who are trying to lose weight and have been doing lots of past dieting and created a slow metabolism – you need to extend your fast longer and longer. If you are fasting and your body is burning fat with no hunger, why eat? Your body IS eating its own fat and when you eat you shut down this process.

This video is not meant for the new person starting keto. This video is for the person who has done keto for a while and they are plateaued.

If you are new to keto, please watch this video, How To Start Keto Correctly – For Beginners

This is a powerful tip for faster fat loss for a slow metabolism. If you are on keto, and you are doing intermittent fasting, you even gone to one meal a day and fat loss is are still slow. What do you do to speed things up?

Things to do:

1. First, figure out if are you really in ketosis.  – The fastest way to figure out if you are in the hard-core fat burning state is that you have “No Hunger!!”

Are you really in ketosis? You can check the urine, the blood, to find out if you are showing ketones but to know if you are really in hard-core fat burning is that you have no hunger – your hunger has completely gone away. If you are craving things or you are hungry chances are you are probably not in ketosis. You are maybe eating too many carbs or you are having snacks, or you are eating too much protein. Something is raising your insulin and making you hungry.

2. Do not eat unless hungry. Let your body dictate when to eat.

Do not eat unless you are hungry. Your body is eating already. You are living off your body fat, you are releasing your fat cells, your body’s running fine, you feel energetic, you feel good and then you eat.

Do not give into the habit of eating all the time even when you are not hungry, or not feeling full.

Do not eat if you feel a little hungry but you feel strong, feel fine, your mood is goodthen push through.

When you eat and you spike insulin, which stops fat loss. This is especially important if you have a slow metabolism, so if you are not hungry do not eat. Ride the wave let your body tell you when to eat. Your body may have a lot of excess energy to use up and when you eat you stop that fat burning. Stay in the fast until your body dictates you should eat.

So once the hunger goes away then we know you are burning fat, you are burning your own fat.

Real hunger is when you feel weaker, a little shaky and a little bit more irritable. This is how your body tells you need to eat.

These will help you greatly while you are fasting:

Sea Salt.Make sure you’re consuming one teaspoon of sea salt per day. You can dissolve it in water and then spread it out through the day.

B vitamins.

Electrolytes.Keep potassium the magnesium very high in the body so we can run the organs and we are using our reserve to provide nutrients but we do not know if you have those nutrients plentiful in the body or not so just take some electrolytes.

Green teawill make fasting easier as it induces autophagy.

3. You are not starving.Fasting is the depletion of glycogen (sugar reserve) and then the burning of fat – so you no longer have your glycogen reserve you are living off your fat. Starvation is when you deplete all your fat reserves and now you are eating your organs and your muscle. When you are fasting you are tapping your fat reserves so if you have a lot of excess fat you are not going to starve. It will be a long time before you starve.

The Benefits Are Fasting Go Beyond Weight Loss:

• Stem cell enhancement – when your body creates new cells the resultis like an anti-aging effect

• Growth hormone enhancement

• Growing new brain cells, your mood improves

• Lower Inflammations

• Autophagy – the body’s ability to clean itself from old damage proteins, clean up the microbes and enhance the immune system.

The main point is to let your body dictate when you need to eat and practice some prolong fasting so your body can burn off the fat. It could be 30 or 40 or 72 hours or longer as your body tell you it is really hungry. If you feed it too frequently it is going to stop that process. Real hunger is when you feel weaker, a little shaky and a little bit more irritable. This is how your body tells you need to eat.
